Well we got the whole issue with the house beside us cleared up, turns out IT IS OUR HOUSE. So all the Photos of the foundation, and the lot with us and the lot number in them, ignore them :) Or at least shift your view to the right side of the pictures and oooh and ahhh the dirt there instead.
So what the heck happened? Somehow when we were looking at the lots, we saw 118, and 119, and didn't think about them looking too big. There WAS no 117 sign anywhere at all. When we asked about 118, we were told the lot beside us had a house on it. The signs for 118 and 119 are basically right beside each other, if you look in the earlier photos of us standing by the sign, the 119 sign is cut off right at the edge. As well, when we had our build meeting we were told they would start digging around the 4 week mark. The first hole was dug 5 weeks after that meeting, and the other one (our REAL house) was at the 7 week mark, so we figured that it was the one that started at the time we were told it would. Well shit, do you think they will tear up the foundation and redo it because I missed taking pictures? I somehow doubt it, because the customer is an idiot (sometimes) doesn't make the builder one. So now I guess I run over there with the camera, and see what photos I can grab.
